E6  The LifeAge Project Results – Open Conference (Murcia, Spain, December 2020)

Information:

  • The final multiplier event, coinciding with the final transnational project meeting (M6) and the Final International Congress (IO9) will disseminate the results of the project at the end of project time life.

M7 (Murcia, Spain. December 2020)

Information: This meeting has a special meaning, because it is not only the end of project time life, but the end of ERASMUS+ Programme 2014 – 2020, so it will give the chance to overview the project success in the field of SPORT since 2014 until 2020. This meeting will be focused on:

  • Final steps for the LifeAge Project.
  • Sustainability after the end of the project.
  • Meeting local stakeholders and local CSOs.
  • Participation in final Multiplier Sport Event (E5).
  • Participation in the Final International Congress (IO9).

E5 The LifeAge Project Comic – Open Conference (Riga, Latvia, September 2020)

Information:

  • This event will check the first results of the IO7 (comic) in the partner organisations’ countries, sharing it with the event participants and collecting the recommendations and opinions about it, during the event implementation.
  • The Project Video will continue during this event.
  • A press conference will be held at the end of the event.

M6 (Riga, Latvia, September 2020)

Information: This meeting will be focus on the IO7 first results, as well as in the progress of the preparation for IO9. The working agenda should be focused on:

  • Final steps for the LifeAge Project.
  • Sustainability after the end of the project.
  • Meeting local stakeholders and local CSOs
  • Participation in final Multiplier Sport Event (E5).
  • Participation in the Final International Congress (IO9).

E4  LifeAge eLearning Platform – Open Conference (Limerick, Ireland, June 2020)

Information:

  • The event will introduce to general audience the LifeAge eLearning Platform (IO7), plus the results collected during IO5 and IO6 implementation.
  • Recommendations for healthy lifestyle will be shared with participants in the Conference.
  • Results of the conference will be transmitted to partner organisations.
  • The Project Video will continue during this event.
  • A press conference will be held at the end of the event.

M5 (Limerick, Ireland, June 2020)

Information: At this point of project time life, almost all the international outputs has been finished, so the main focus will be on the final steps till the end of the project:

  • Current state of the project implementation. If applicable, deviations and corrections in the program of activities.
  • Revision for IO5, IO6 and IO7.
  • Involvement of CSOs in the project.
  • Revision of IO8.
  • Final steps for the project: IO9, M6, E5.

M4 (Rovaniemi, Finland, November 2019)

Information: The third TPM will follows a similar work agenda focused on:

  • Current state of the project implementation. If applicable, deviations and corrections in the program of activities.
  • Revision for IO5, IO6 and IO7.
  • Participation in E2.
  • Involvement of CSOs in next steps of the project.
  • Revision of IO8.

E3 Tools for a Healthy Lifestyle – Open Conference (Cádiz, Spain, March 2020)

Information:

  • The event will introduce to general audience the LifeAge Project, plus the tools compiled in the IO4.
  • Recommendations for healthy lifestyle will be shared with participants in the Conference.
  • Results of the conference will be transmitted to partner organisations.
  • The Project Video will continue during this event.
  • A press conference will be held at the end of the event.

M3 (Cádiz, Spain, March 2020)

Information: The third TPM will follows a similar work agenda focused on:

  • Current state of the project implementation. If applicable, deviations and corrections in the program of activities.
  • Revision for finished IO2 and IO3, preparation for IO4.
  • Revision of IO8.
  • Participation in E2, organized and hosted by Lapland University (FI), to strength the visibility of the project in Finland.

E2 The LifeAge Report – Open Conference (Rovaniemi, Finland, November 2019)

Information:

  • The event will introduce to general audience the LifeAge Project, plus the results collected during IO1 and IO3 implementation, compiled in the IO3.
  • Recommendations for healthy lifestyle will be shared with participants in the Conference.
  • Results of the conference will be transmitted to partner organisations.
  • The Project Video will continue during this event.
  • A press conference will be held at the end of the event.

E1 LifeAge Study Open Conference (Rome, Italy, June 2019)

Information:

  • The event will introduce to general audience the LifeAge Project, plus the developed study in four EU countries and will be used as next step for the focus groups in Italy.
  • Recommendations for healthy lifestyle will be collected from participants in the Conference.
  • Results of the conference will be transmitted to partner organisations for the focus groups.
  • The Project Video will start with this event.
  • A press conference will be held at the end of the event.

M2 (Rome, Italy, June 2019)

Information: The second TPM will follows a similar work agenda focused on:

  • Current state of the project implementation. If applicable, deviations and corrections in the program of activities.
  • Revision for finished IO1, preparation for IO2.
  • Revision of IO8.
  • Participation in E1, organized and hosted by FORO ITALICO (P3 – IT), to strength the visibility of the project in Italy.
  • Knowing the hosting organisation technical, economic and sport capacity: both project manager and researcher will have a detailed knowledge and experience with the FORO ITALICO staff and premises involved in the project.

M1 (Murcia, Spain – February 2019)

Information: Kick-off meeting for the launching of the project. Focused on:

  • The project launching.
  • Technical, administrative and financial aspects to be arrange between coordinator and partner organisations, including exchange of original documents.
  • Re-scheduling the calendar, in case of delay of start date of the project.
  • Defining the SWG composition, tasks and timing.
  • Revising the expected impact and visibility for the E1.
  • Preparing next TPM (M2).
  • Knowing the hosting organisation technical, economic and sport capacity.
  • Secondly, the KoM will give visibility to the project at regional and national level, due to the relationship of UCAM (ES) with the sport stakeholders at both levels.
